Information We Collect

Conflict Coach does not require an account, sign-up, or login. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, or location inside the app in order to use core features. We do not run third-party analytics, advertising networks, or usage trackers.

The following data is stored locally on your device only:

Optional display name and tone preferences you choose in Settings
Talk Cases, Soft Landing Scripts, and Heat Dial scan history
Saved soft replies, rehearsal sessions, and Aftertalk journal entries
Prep checklist progress and sample-content preferences

How We Use Information

Because we do not collect personal data on our servers, there is nothing for us to profile, share, or sell. Features such as Soft Landing Scripts, Heat Dial language cooling, Shield replies, Studio rehearsal, and conversation charts run entirely on-device using content you create.

Data Storage & Retention

App content is saved in the Application’s private storage on your device (including Application Support files and standard on-device preferences). There is no cloud sync and no remote backup operated by us. Deleting the app permanently removes associated local data from your device.

Third-Party Services

Conflict Coach does not call external content APIs for conversation analysis. Decorative mood imagery ships bundled with the app. Opening the App Store listing or this website uses Apple’s or your browser’s normal network connection — that traffic is not used to upload your Talk Cases or drafts to us.

Children’s Privacy

The Application does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Because no personal data is collected or transmitted to us, the app aligns with COPPA and similar child-privacy standards for on-device tools that gather nothing remotely.

Your Control

You can edit or delete Talk Cases, scans, replies, and journal entries at any time in the app, or uninstall Conflict Coach to remove all stored content from your device.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect app improvements or legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. The core commitment — local storage, no accounts, no sale of personal data — will not change without clear notice.
